The output value of Zhanjiang's entire prawn industry chain stands at nearly 30 billion yuan, while annual sales under the regional public brand "Zhanpin" have reached 13.5 billion yuan.    Zhanjiang has ranked first in Guangdong Province in marine fishery output for 30 consecutive years, with the total output value of its entire marine fishery industry chain exceeding 100 billion yuan.    As of July, the city had 40 marine ranching projects in reserve, with a combined planned investment of 18.12 billion yuan. B | 罗轶奇会上表示，“十五五”期间，海南将立足自贸港政策优势，以深化林业改革为抓手，不断推进生态产业化、产业生态化，做大一产、做强二产、做优三产，着力构建具有海南特色和优势的现代化林业产业体系。　　在热带特色经济林方面，海南将鼓励椰子、沉香、黄花梨、油茶等标准化种植，因地制宜发展榴莲、山竹、黄晶果等热带优异水果；支持林产品加工业升级改造，推动热带特色经济林向生产、加工、贸易一体化发展；加强地理标志申请保护运用、森林认证和绿色产品认证，推动林产品向品牌化、高端化方向发展。　　在森林粮库建设方面，海南将扩大林下种养规模，重点在五指山、琼中、白沙等市县发展益智、砂仁等道地药材，在三亚、定安、白沙等市县发展竹荪、虎乳灵芝等食用菌，在儋州、五指山、琼中等市县发展斑斓、魔芋等作物，在海口、儋州等市县发展鲜切叶等花卉苗木；同时，做强林下产品精深加工，延伸产业链条。　　在木材加工产业方面，海南将在海口、儋州、临高、屯昌等市县布局产业集聚区，打造集木材研发、加工、交易、仓储、物流、电商等功能于一体的木材加工产业园，发展定制家具和智能木结构等新兴产业。　　罗轶奇还提出，大力拓展新产业新业态，设计集热带雨林、椰风海韵、民族风情于一体的生态产品和旅游路线，打造观光旅游、科普研学、康养旅游、特色旅游和产旅融合等五大产品体系；做精做优鲜切叶、热带兰花、三角梅等特色花卉，推动一产种植、二产精深加工、三产休闲旅游全产业链发展，让热带花卉成为老百姓的“致富花”。
